SCOPS, the sustainable control of parasites in sheep is an industry led group that works in the interest of the UK sheep industry. It recognises that, left unchecked, anthelmintic resistance is one of the biggest challenges to the future health and profitability of the sector.
A website was required to inform and educate the sheep industry of the risks of anthelmintic resistance. This includes an annual forecasting facility for the nematodirus disease. Alongside industry professionals the risk analysis for the disease is forecast on an interactive map; including access to tables of historic data and confirmed cases.

Working alongside industry professionals the website displays forecasted risk analysis for the Nematodirus disease.
As the Nematodirus forecast is a live map; historical data is imported into the website and displayed in a table for future comparision.
